TOP Miami Attractions

It is the city of nightlife, fashionable resorts, ocean-going yachts and entertainment complexes, having a reputation of being the liveliest and most unsafe US city. The most popular area here is Miami Beach itself – a huge Atlantic resort, a strip of beaches stretching for 45 km along the coast.

Among its attractions Villa Vizcaya should be noted, built in 1916, Renaissance and neoclassicism inspired, 70 rooms of which are filled with art works from all over the world; the colorful villa Casa Casuarina (1930); Bohemian Art Deco district – unique architectural complex performed in the Art Nouveau style, above which the Freedom Tower overlooks. Artists can be found in the Design District.

Tourists are attracted by the protected sand dunes along Collins Avenue with dense vegetation and a great number of birds, the Tropic Paradise complex is a large botanical and zoological garden with an exhibition of more than 1,100 exotic birds and 1,200 tropical plants, as well as the world-famous Seaquarium (Oceanarium), which has almost 40 hectares of tropical gardens and parks inhabited by exotic birds, including parrots and flamingos. You can have a pleasant walk in the tropical garden Fairchild too.

In addition to this, the area of Little Havana is interesting, populated by immigrants from Cuba; especially beautiful in the evening is Miami Business Center, the old mansions of Coral Gables with the only “historic” pool in the United States – Venetian Pool (1922).

The rest is kilometers and kilometers of beaches, fashionable resorts, restaurants, small hotels, entertainment complexes and other marine recreation facilities.
